中島君，清水君が，VTC 2019-Fallで講演しました

2019年9月22日〜25日にハワイで開催されたIEEE VTC2019-FallでM2の中島くん，M1の清水くんの論文が採択され，オーラル発表を行いました．また，9月23日に清水君がIEEE VTS Japan 2019 Young Researcher’s Encouragement Awardを受賞しました．
